Many people enjoy working with an outdoor personal trainer because they do not like going to gyms and working out in such tight quarters. They enjoy working outside breathing in the fresh air with the only noises being that of the outdoors. Many times, when you go to the gym there is limited workout space and if you wanted to work on your cardio, there may not be any treadmills to use so you have to wait for one to get in your cardio workout.
If you work out with an at home PT or with friends, you can do cardio with longer runs in your routine or do sprints. You do not have to wait to use the treadmill like you would at a gym. Some even have a treadmill at home. Gyms can also be stuffy and make it hard to breathe but when working outdoors, you get fresh air, making it easier to breathe.
