We are currently living in a world where everything is going fast. Most of the time, everything is happening way too fast to be able to process what’s going on in your surroundings. This fast life comes with a huge amount of thoughts invading the mind, thus creating stress and anxiety. To counter that, new type of therapies have been developed. The most known ones are meditation such as meditation in Brick and psychology such as psychologist in Brick.
