You should try workouts that increase your heart rate and also burns calories. However, you will stand to lose more calories if a cardio routine is used that last for 30 minutes approximately. Coffee before workouts

Just like coffee which makes your morning at work productive, a cup of coffee half an hour before your workout sessions can have the same peppy effect on you.  You will tend to burn more calories without even realizing that you are pushing to loftier heights.

Sleep 30 minutes more every night

This one is sure to be a hit with you. This extra half an hour, if used in sleep, helps you to make good food choices, and keeps you from feeling lethargic. More restful sleep also does wonders for metabolism. Also your body will build muscle whilst you sleep, hence you can also utilize this extra half hour in another way.

Use these above methods and find yourself getting slimmer by the day. There is no short cut to success, but these are definite bylanes.
