When having a reiki session Abu Dhabi the practitioners will move their hands over your body along the lines of five traditional symbols.  This will help to manipulate the flow of universal energy throughout your body.  The goal is to promote mental or physical healing.  These symbols do not hold any special power but were devised as a teaching tool for the students learning reiki.
