Jammu & Kashmir Looking at the crown of the country to the north you have Jammu and Kashmir where you can explore the Himalayas, lots of lakes, glaciers, snowy landscapes, rivers, cooler weather and fun adventure sports. Andhra Pradesh There is a lot to do in Andhra Pradesh but one of the more recent discoveries, if you love to visit hill stations, is Vanjangi hill station. From Paderu it is a 6km hike, as you cannot take a car up there. It takes about an hour to reach and since the best time to visit is for the sunrise shining across the clouds giving you a golden horizon view, you should plan your visit so you can get there in time. It is 1036 metres above sea level and is a very scenic place to visit that is not yet as highly trafficked as other options. Rajasthan A wonderful state to visit, very lively, with lots of palaces, forts, exciting festivals and more. You can explore the calm lakes, try to spot rare wildlife and enjoy a desert safari. Goa If you love the sun, the sea, and golden sandy beaches then Goa is for you. From honeymoons to partygoers, adventurers and wildlife lovers, it really almost has it all.
